The Edgecombe County Manager is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Tax Administrator. This position reports directly to the County Manager. The Tax Administrator serves as the County Tax Assessor and Collector supervising the offices of the Assessor, Collections and License Plate Agency. 2014 Property Taxes are due no later than Monday, January 5, 2015 to avoid interest. Garnishment enforcements will begin on February 2, 2015.

2015 Listing begins January 1, 2015 ending February 2, 2015.

2015 Property Taxes due September 1, 2015.

 Diabetes Support Group - The Edgecombe County Health Department Chronic Disease Self-Management Program is sponsoring a monthly Diabetes Support Group. The meetings will be held the first Monday of each month from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Edgecombe County Human Services Building located at 122 E. St. James Street in downtown Tarboro.
