Edgecombe and Nash Counties along with the City of Rocky Mount are leading an effort to develop a Vision and Strategic Plan for the Twin County Region. The Twin Counties Visioning and Strategic Plan Process is an opportunity for residents and community leaders to develop a road map for transforming the two-county region into a sustainable community that is prepared to participate in the new world economy.

So far, the people in our region have come together to identify key issues and to create a vision statement. Now it is time to develop a strategy for the action we will take to reach our vision together. You can participate by serving in an Action Team or an Action Forum. Click here to learn more.

To learn more about this effort and to find out how you can play a part in it, visit the Twin County website.
