Pfizer Booster and 3rd Doses Now Available!

Important COVID-19 Vaccine Notice!
 

We have received confirmation that Moderna and J&J have been approved for Boosters. The FDA and CDC have also approved Mix & Match vaccines, therefore, someone who received Pfizer can now get Moderna; someone who got Moderna and now get Pfizer; someone who got J&J can now get a Pfizer or Moderna booster.

Please note: we do NOT have the J&J vaccine. If someone originally had J&J and wants a booster, we only have Moderna and Pfizer to offer them at this time.

Eligibility requirements for boosters:

Johnson & Johnson (J&J)

  • At least 2 months from 1st dose
  • 18+ years of age or older

Pfizer or Moderna

  • At least 6 months from 2nd dose
  • 65 years and older
  • Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings
  • Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions
  • Cancer, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, chronic lung disease, dementia or other neurological conditions, diabetes (type 1 or type 2), down syndrome, heart conditions, HIV infection, immunocompromised state (weakened immune system), mental health conditions, overweight and obesity, pregnancy, sickle cell disease or thalassemia, smoking – current or former, solid organ or blood stem cell transplant, stroke or cerebrovascular disease, substance use disorders, tuberculosis
  • Age 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings
    • (e.g., health care, schools, correctional facilities, homeless shelters)
    • First responders (e.g., healthcare workers, firefighters, police, congregate care staff)
    • Education staff (e.g., teachers, support staff, daycare workers)
    • Food and agriculture workers
    • Manufacturing workers
    • Corrections workers
    • U.S. Postal Service workers
    • Public transit workers
    • Grocery store workers
