NOTICE OF changes to the JULY 6, 2021 Edgecombe county board of commissioners meeting due to the covid-19 pandemic

The July 6, 2021 regular meeting of the Edgecombe County Board of Commissioners will be held in the Carmon Auditorium located at the County Administration Building at 201 St. Andrew St., Tarboro, NC 27886. In light of the County’s State of Emergency regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, this meeting will be limited to no more than 20 participants in person, not including staff and scheduled guests. Face coverings are required.

The public is also encouraged to listen to the meeting by calling 1-929-205-6099, entering 838-4349-4572 as the meeting ID, and 555164 as the passcode.

Those who wish to address the Board during public comments must sign up in advance to do so. You may sign up by calling Frangie Mungo, Clerk to the Board, at (252) 641-7834 no later than Tuesday, July 6^th at 5 PM.  

T he public is also encouraged to submit public comments via email to publiccomments@edgecombeco.com by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.  Public comments may also be submitted by mail addressed to Frangie Mungo, Clerk to the Board, P.O. Box 10, Tarboro, NC 27886.  All public comments received by 5:00 p.m. on July 6^th will be read at the meeting.
