Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC)CMARC follows children birth to 3 years of age at-risk for developmental delay, and children up to 5 years of age with diagnosed developmental delays. For more information, please call 252-641-7511.

WIC
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children
WIC offers counseling on nutrition. Food supplements are offered for persons who are income eligible and those with health risks. Eligible recipients for supplements include infants, children up to age 5, and pregnant and post-partum women.
Sickle Cell Testing and Counseling Sickle Cell tests are available to anyone who has never been tested. Individuals and families with a positive sickle cell screening are offered counseling by a regional genetics counselor. For more information, please call 252-641-7511.
