Fiscal Services include an array of cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting services designed to maximize all funding sources for the benefit of Edgecombe County citizens. The Edgecombe County Department of Social Services is dedicated to cost efficiency and cost effectiveness in the delivery of its services array. The Department aggressively pursues its desire to be fiscally accountable to the tax-paying public for its expenditure of tax dollars. Fiscal services staff must manipulate a complex array of multiple funding sources with varying matching rates.
