Training
The Training Division consist of a Lieutenant, who coordinates with the different divisions of the Sheriff’s Office for their training requirements.
The Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office, through generous donations, recently constructed a new state of the art training facility/firing range in Pinetops, NC.
In partnership with the Edgecombe Community College, we held our first detention course in November 2007. Graduation for this class was held in December 2007. Our second class is scheduled to begin March 2008.
