Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services

Edgecombe County was awarded a $940,000 grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to undertake improvements to the County’s courthouse. The purpose of the improvements is to mitigate risks associated with flooding due to the back flow of storm water and wastewater. After having a preliminary engineering report completed, we selected an approach to mitigating flood risks in the County’s courthouse. Now we desire to have a qualified engineering firm design and oversee the completion of the proposed work.
