Hospice
Hospice provides comfort care which emphasizes the control of pain and other symptoms when a cure is not possible. Focusing on the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. The program provides a complete plan of family-centered care. Hospice services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, and supported in part by the Hospice Foundation of Edgecombe County.
