We specialize in providing needed services to our clients whether child protection services, child support, medicaid, paternity testing, juvenile services, foster care, employment assistance and other support programs. As a County Department of Social Services, our services are available to citizens on a county wide basis. We seek to help! Due to ever changing governmental rules and regulations, we recognize that our role can be confusing, we apologize for the confusion and pledge to interact with you in as respectful manner as possible so as to remove or reduce any level of confusion. We want to help! We want our contacts with you to be positive and productive for you, keeping in mind the rules and regulations that govern Social Services in North Carolina. Now, please help us as we truly desire to form Partnerships with Families and Communities to enhance the families’ quality of life.
